As Tenants in Common, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN dollars, lawful money of the
United States, paid by [he party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
SUBJECT TO A LIFE ESTATE IN THE GRANTORS, ALEX ZUHOSKI AND SHIRLEY ZUHOSKI,
HIS WIFE, Residing at 11900 Oregon Road, RR #2, Cutchogue, New York 11935
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the the same premises conveyed to the Grantors herein by deed dated
November 29, 1951, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 30, 1951 in Libel•
3295 page 179 and BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors herein
by deed dated October 11, 1976, and recorded in theSuffolk County Clerk's Office on October 21, 1976, in
Liber 8126 page 143.
Reserving, However, to floe Grantors herein, a Life Estate in the subject premises for floe remainder of their
natural life.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section l 3 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

ALL that tract or parcel of land situated at Cutchogue, Southold Town, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the North Road adjoining land now or
formerly of Frank McBride; THENCE RUNNING along said land of McBride the following courses
and distances, South 46 degrees 3 minutes East, 824.54 feet; North 68 Degrees 20 minutes
East, 354.84 feet to land now or formerly of Chauncey Glover; THENCE RUNNING along said
Glover's land North 46 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds West 473.19 feet; and North 48 degrees
29 minutes 20 seconds West, 342.69 feet to said North Road; THENCE along said North Road
South 71 degrees 9 minutes 10 seconds West, 239.37 feet; and South 69 degrees 16 minutes 30
seconds West 103.44 feet to said land of McBride, at the point or place of BEGINNING,
containing according to survey 5.981 acres.

10 seconds East, along the southeasterly side of Oregon Road, 10.00 feet to a point and land
now or formerly of Leander B. Glover; THENCE South 47 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds East,
along the last mentioned land 337.86 feet to land now or formerly of Alex and Shirley Zuhoski;
THENCE North 48 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds West, along the last mentioned land 342.69
