WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom letters testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, New York on December 2, 2010 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by
said last will and testament, and/or by Article 1 I of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of
"fW0 HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND TE-IOUSAND ($225,000.00) dollars, lawful money of the
United States, paid by the party of the second parE, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE A
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed in deed dated September 18, 1950 recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 21, 1950 in Liber 3129 at Page 358.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as
a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the costs of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, Situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the Main Road 53.5 feet westerly along said
- southerly line from a concrete monument set on said southerly line at the northwesterly corner -
ofland of "Community Hall";
RUNNING THENCE along land of the Town of Southold the followingtwo courses and distances:
1. South 29 degrees 23' 30" east 100.00 feet;
2. South 60 degrees 00' west 15.5 feet to the easterly line of a certain 20 ft right of way
and land now or formerly of Esteves Holding Corp;
RUNNING THENCE way north 29 degrees 23' 30" west 100.00 feet to the southerly line of the
MairrRoad;
RUNNING THENCE along said southerly line of the Main Road north 60 degrees 00' east 15.5
feet to the paint of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right to pass and repass, on foot and with vehicles, over a strip of land 20 ft
in width, between the easterly boundary line of land now or formerly of Addie $ecktold and
the westerly boundary line of the premises above conveyed, and extending from the southerly
line of Main Street to the southerly line of the premises above conveyed.
