release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road from the comer formed by the intersection

RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Main Road South 60 degrees 00 minutes West
126.53 feet to land now or formerly of Bogovic;
THENCE along said land, North 30 degrees 39 minutes West 150.00 feet to land now or formerly of
Terry;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Terry, North 60 degrees 00 minutes East 128.73 feet to the
westerly side of Hortong Lane;
THENCE along the westerly side of Hortons Lane, South 29 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East
150.00 feet to the northerly side of Main Road and the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE GRANTOR herein being the same person as the named Grantee in deed dated 5/5/23, recorded
5/7/23 in Liber 1071 page 37..
TOGETHER with an right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been-incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
