GEIGER SCTM#1000-103-03-10 KEVIN G. GEIGER requests an Administrative Permit for aTen-Year Maintenance Permit to hand cut the Common Reed (Phragmites australis) to 12" in height by hand on an as needed basis. Located: 2350 Beebe Drive, Cutchogue. SCTM# 103-3-10 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my determination that the action is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: § 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS item "FF" which states: FF. Cutting phragmites to greater than 12 inches and vegetative restoration, provided that native wetland vegetative species are not affected or disturbed in any manner Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
