ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northerly line of a 25 foot private road, said pipe being north 61 degrees 46 minutes
50 seconds west 3$1.05 feet from a monument on the westerly line of Sixth Street at a point on the said westerly line
where it is intersected by the southerly line of a SO foot private road known as "Clark Street"„ said monument being about
opposite the southerly line of the public highway known as Clark Street; from said point of beginning;
RUNNING along said northerly fine of said 25 foot private road north 83 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds west 110.0 feet
to an iron pipe;
THENCE along land of the part of the f rst part, north 13 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds west 117.11 feet to an iron pipe
on the southerly line of Lot 27 as shown on "Map of Greenport Driving Park", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
