highest lull on Fishers Island, New York about two and one quarter miles West of the Eastern
End of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North
Dumpluig Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of said road (forty feet wide) the
following two (2) courses and distances:
1) on a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 417.11 feet, an arc length of 12026
feet; and
2) North 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 268.60 feet to lands now or formerly
of Alice Carey Brown and W. L. Lyons and formerly of Elisha H. Cooper and it~iargaret iVi.
