WITNESSETH that the party of the first part, to whom letters testamentary were issued bu the Surrogate's Court of the
State of New York for the County of Suffolk and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament,
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by the party of the second part, does hereby g rant and release unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns ofthe party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, ~vith the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being more particularly described on Schedule A attached hereto and made a
part hereof.:

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whateyer, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
'improvements theren erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, county of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as part of lots no. 269, 270 and 271 on a certain map
entitled, ~Amended Map of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club
Properties, Inc., situate of the Town of Southold, Long island, New
York, surveyed June 2, 1922 by Ottol w. Van Tuyl, C.E.& S. Greenport,
New York' and flied in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156. bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a monument on the southeasterly side of Haywaters Road
where same is intersected by the division line between Lot No. 271 and
Lot No. 272 on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly and southerly side of Haywaters
Road the following five tie llne courses and distances:
1. North 66 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East, 83.56 feet to a
monument;

monument;
