Said premises being known as 1450 Broadwaters Road, Cutchogue, NY 11935. Being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to LINDA GAMBARDELLA from MICHAEL F. GAMBARDELLA and LINDA GAMBARDELLA by deed dated September 21,2012, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on 10/16/2012 in Liber D00012708 at page 552.
