County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundarly line between land now or formerly of Koubek and land of Tuthilt North 75
degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East 252.20 feet along said boundary line from the easterly line of Harbor Lane, said
point of beginning being the northeasterly comer of land conveyed by Koubek to Meinen, from said point of
beginning;

ordinary high water mark of Eugene's Creek;
