Attached Addendum to Request for Permit from the Town of Southold Board of Trustees
Applicant:
Rev. Joseph J. D'Angelo
490 Lupton Pt. Rd,
Mattituck, NY 11952
Further detailed explanation in addition to my documentation is as follows:
I am requesting a permit for (and to maintain) a pre-existing platform and steps (with railing), catwalk,
ramp, and for a replacement of a pre-existing floating dock (including pre-existing anchor pilings) as
shown on my drawings with approximate overall measurements.
Measurements:
Platform: 5' X 4'
Steps: 3.5' X 4'
Catwalk: 20' X 4'
Ramp: 12 X4'
Floating Dock: 16' X 5'
Note: Given that the now replaced floating dock decking is constructed of pre-treated lumber, (which I
was informed is not according to code), it is my intention to cover existing pre-treaded decking with
cedar or other acceptable lumber.
Note: Not knowing whether the pre-existing pathway leading to the platform and catwalk should be
included, I have noted it in my drawings. The path is made of irregularly placed brick and concrete
pavement blocks.
