South 40 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East, 21.64 feet to the 30 foot right of way and said land now or formerly of Banick, formerly of Lewis; C� RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of said right of way and land now or formerly of Banick, formerly of Lewis, South 44 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds West 231.85 feet to the point of place of BEGINNING.
