DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION OF WETLAND PERMIT & COASTAL EROSION PERMIT APPLICATIONS JOSEPH LAVECCHIA to install a 22'X 42' in-ground swimming pool. Located: 908 Bridge Rd., Orient. SCTM#17-2-1.5 inspected by: Audrey Horton, Derek Bossen SUPPORT- without comment. Moved by John Stein, seconded by Derek Bossen. Ayes: All, Motion Carried JOHN & ROBIN IOVlNO to remove existing concrete retaining wall, timber bulkhead, floating dock and ramp; install new 164' vinyl bulkhead, 6'X 20' floating dock, 3'X 14' aluminum ramp, 4'× 4' upper and lower platforms and provide 35 cy. of clean fill behind new bulkhead; and raise existing bulkhead elevation by 4'. RICHARD FRIZZI to demolish remains of residence, decks and sanitary system; construct new 18'X 36' two story single family dwelling with 96 sf. deck landward of CEHA and 200 sr. patio landward of bulkhead; retain existing garage landward of dwelling and new gravel driveway, waterlines and new sanitary system located landward of proposed dwelling; gutters, leaders and drywells if required in sand.
