PROJECT OVERVIEW
The nature of thls application is Sar the conversion of an existing single family dwelling into first floor
office space with a second floor apartmeot, The existing building is to remain unaltered although existing
windows will be replaced with new vinyl clad windows and repairs to the existing siding and trim will be
made with like-kind materials, The existing westerly g~onge will be attached to the existing building
(presently under constmctiun) and will he converted to office space ~
