The brochm'e will be an insert in the Thursday, May 16th edition of The Suffolk Times.
PARKS, BEACHES, AND RECREATION COMMITTEE MEETING: was held on Wednesday,
Mm'ch 24 at town hall. Topics covered included the baseball field use schedule, Goldsmith Inlet kiosk,
ADA playground update, tennis com't repairs, and numerous other topics.
SUMMER SWIMMING LESSONS: Letters were mailed out to the Mattituck Pm'k District,
Cutchogue-New Suffolk Pm'k District, and the Southold Pm'k District requesting permission to use their
beaches this summer for our swimming lessons. Our thanks goes out to all three districts for their
continued support in allowing us to use their bay beaches yem' alter yem'.
2013 SUMMER SEASONAL STAFF: Letters were mailed to all 2012 summer stal¥ deemed worthy
to be asked to work again this yem'. We m'e in need of some lifegum'ds and a couple of beach attendants
to stal¥ our beaches. Interviews have been scheduled for Tuesday, May 7 at the recreation center.
