The purpose of this visit was to determine compliance for a certificate of occupancy on the existing residence. Both additions were built to permit specifications and drawings. There is no evidence of deflection or any kind of material degradation. The flitch plate girder in the ceiling of the kitchen is present as per plans. Additionally, the construction is plumb, true and solid. The foundation is in excellent condition. I certify that when the additions were built they were in compliance with the Residential Code of New York State.
