Fish. As you will note, this Certificate covers four (4) one family dwellings. Subsequent to the issuance of the Pre Existing Certificate of Occupancy the parcel was divided into four (4) lots. Enclosed is a description for the lot in question, lot #1, tax map lot 8.1. Also enclosed is a copy of the filed map and the tax map showing lot 8.1. Further enclosed is a survey dated February 14. 1995, showing the house at the lot above described which is at the comer of Front and King Street in New Sui~[blk. As discussed with Mr. Fish, we represent the owner of that lot, lot #1 on the map and tax map lot 8.1, and respectfully request that a single Pre Existing Use Occupancy be issued tbr that lot. ! am also enclosed a Pre Existing Certificate of Occupancy application together with a check in the sum of $100.00.
