This is response to your recent inspection. I certify to the following: The garage is completely separated from the occupied portion of the house with a ~ hour envelope. The wall above the garage loft is covered with 5/8 ~ gypsum wall board. T The vent into the crawl space is closed with concrete block. [There is a vent to the front of the building.] The access to the crawl space is through a framed removable panel covered with 5/8" gypsum wall board. There is no need for drywells for the roof leaders. The grade is level, there is no runoff and the Soil Is medium compact sand with good percolation.
