Board and Office Policies, Practices, and Activities:
Conditions on accessory in-ground swimming pools
The Board reviewed prior decisions on applications for in-ground accessory
swimming pools from 2010 to date. The intent was to ensure consistency and
applicability of various conditions associated with these decisions. The Board
developed standardized language for typical conditions which was added to the
template for writing draft decisions and which will be deleted or included as
application and site specific circumstances wan'ant.
Writing Draft Decisions for Deliberation by Board Members
The Board reviewed and discussed member's responsibilities for writing assigned
draft decisions each month and the Chairperson's role in providing oversight on all
drafts prior to distribution by the Board Assistant before each Special Meeting where
deliberations take place.
ZBA Training fbr 2013
ATA Andaloro conducted training seminars for Board members on case law updates
at the Regular Meeting on May 2nd and the Special Meeting on May 16th
