Dear Mr. Graham:
in response to your letter dated May 16, 2012, I reviewed your request to restore the recently
exposed trees at the end of Rogers Road in Beixedon Estates and grants your community
permission to conduct the following activities:
Replace the small amount of topsoil that covered the roots;
Cover the top soil with clean fill from an upland source to replace the sand that has
been eroded;
Use a small amount of blue stone around the base of the trees to prevent the sand from
washing away.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
