I am requesting a Pre-Application Submission Inspection at the above-referenced property. The
property ownetvis interested in removinsthe existing bulkhead then constructing a 4'x12'
catwalk, 32"x16' ramp ahq, 6'x20' float.
I have enclosed a one page s~te plan, a copy of the hydrographic survey, cheek # 9040 for the
amount of $50.00 and authorization from the owner allowing us to make this request on their
behalf.
