To whom this may concern:
I would like to request a visit by the trustees to examine damage to my bluff in Orient, NY as a
result of damage by a winter storm at their next monthly scheduled community visit. My
property on the Suffolk County Tax map is listed as 473889 1.4-2-i .8. There is also a small
access property but the number above is the property which was damaged. I enclose a check of
$50 with this application.
Since access is no longer possible through my property, a nearby neighbor has given me access
via his stairway and ! will forward the address of this property when the date for inspection of my
property is established.
