Due to Sandy's storm damage, the repair to the stair structure at Hortons has to be
altered from the original plan. The base of the original stairs now lay in the water and
pedestrians are unable to access the beach. Jogging the stairs 5 - 8 feet east will correct
this, leaving au entry way to the beach from the stairway. Please see attached picture for
proposed new stairway. ~/~r/i~
