ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of North Road (C.R. .48) (Middle Road) at
the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of J. P. Huberman and being distant
northeasterly 457 feet from the southeasterly terminus of the angle line which connects
the northerly side of Kenny Road and said northwesterly side of North Road (C.R. 48)
