· Comprehensive Plan Update:
o Continuing revisions of the Land Resources Section of the Natural Resources &
Environmental Protection Chapter
o Draft Outline of Emergency Planning Chapter refined a~d review begun by the
Comprehensive Plan Team
· Plum Island Planning Study Finalized
· Grant Projects
1. Restoration of Goldsmith Inlet. Draft Voucher 1 was submitted to the NYS Department
of State (NYSDOS) in the amount of $90,158.07. Amendments for final submittal are
being made.
2. Stormwater Management in Southold. Phase II. Draft Voucher 2 was submitted to the
NYSDOS for $27,312.29. Amendments for final submittal are being made.
3. Hashamomuck Pond Watershed Restoration. Amendments to the budget are in process to
transfer funding to contractual services. Concurrently Voucher 1 is being prepared to
recapture funding for Laurel Avenue and Long Creek Drive storm water projects
completed in 2012.
