ROBERT F. CORAZZINI, as Trustee of the Robert F. Corazzini Living Trust u/a dated January 17,
2002, amended and restated u/a dated November 13, 2008, residing at 9513 Fails Road, Potomac,

WiTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTEN ($I0.00) dollars, lawful money of
the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being near Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and
designated as lot number eighty (80) on a certain map entitled subdivision map, part of the estate of Thomas
F. Price, Sr., which map is made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, dated November 29, 1927, and filed in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, which lot is bounded on the North by Maple Street, on the east by
lot number 81, on the south by lot 67 and on the west by lot number 79.
AND IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by the parties of the second part that certain streets shown on
above said subdivision map and known as Oak Street, Maple Street, West Street and Seventh Avenue and
running to the property of the Union School District No. 10 on the westerly side of the said subdivision
map, have been closed at the j unction with the said Union School District No. 10 property and they are
DEAD END streets.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated August 27, 2012 previously recorded hereto.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of thc party 0fthe first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance ,'md will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
