second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

H.G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on ~ shore of Block Island Sound, or

degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and

North 49 degrees 12 minutes 28,seconds West) 50.07 feet to a stake;
