This survey reflects all existing conditions and the SCTM number assigned after Akselrad merged the two properties, 1000-111-9-6.3. As discussed,only one bluff stairway was actually constructed,and it was constructed pursuant to Permit 8146 for the property formerly known as 1000-111-9-6.3. However,as Nick noticed during his inspection, it was constructed with a different configuration than what was shown on the approved plan,thus necessitating an administrative amendment to accompany the requested transfer. Other variations from the approved plan are that the upper retaining walls were not reconstructed and the platform/steps to beach have a different location and configuration. And with respect to Permit 8147 (for the property formerly known as 1000-111-9-6.2),the bulkhead was replaced and the as-built structures covered by the permit remain in place except for the arbor,which was removed. However, neither the stairway nor the upper retaining walls were reconstructed,and the conditions relating to the deck spacing and gazebo relocation are moot because no decks were reconstructed and the gazebo was removed. In a nutshell, of all the work covered by the two permits,the two bulkheads and one stairway were replaced; and the pool, pool house, pool fencing, slate patio/walk/stairs, and rock wall remain in place, all as depicted on the survey prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin Land Surveyor, last dated June 24, 2016. Therefore, if the Trustees would be willing to transfer and modify the permit in accordance with this survey Wednesday night,that would obviously be much appreciated. If that's possible,just let me know what if anything you need in addition to this email other than a check and hard copies of the survey,which I could drop off to the Trustees office during the day on Wednesday ahead of the meeting. I don't have an email address for Nick,Glenn,or Charlie, but I've copied Jay and Mike on this email so they have it ahead of the work session tonight..
