DESCRIPTIONI- 'SCHEDULE "A"
ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, ¢ituate, lying and being in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of the land now or formerly of Argirios
and Maragos G. Papadopoulos, which point is North 46 degrees 40 minutes 36 seconds East
400.06 feet as measured along said northwesterly line from the northeasterly line of
Kennys Road; and
R9NNING THENCE from said point of beginning northwesterly, northeasterly and
southeasterly through the lands now or formerly of RHR Realty Co. the following courses
and distances:
1. North 42 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds West 300.00 feet;
2. North 47 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East 285.55 feet;
