SCTM #1000-56-06-6.1, Administrative Permit
Dear Mr. King and Members of the Board:
I have enclosed herewith an application tbr an administrative permit together with the
required documents and a check in the amount of $50.00 as payment of the fee.
The nature of the work as part of this application is the replacement of an existing
window in the northeast area of the building with a new exit door as well as construction
of a new landing and ramp to grade for the purpose of making the building handicapped
accessible. This proposed work is shown within the circled area of the attached survey
and is further back from the edge of the wetlands (bulkhead) than the southerly edge of
the building.
Thank you lbr your consideration in this matter.
Very truly Sours,
Garrett A. Strang,
Architect
