I would like to apFly for an ammendment to Southold Town Trustee Permit
# 3795 dated Dec. 22, 1989. Enclosed is the plans for the existing structure
as submitted by the previous owner Roscoe Corey, as well as the plans for the
proposed modifications and additions.
The modifications include raising the height of the dock and the catwalk
to 3 1/2 feet above the ground level. The current height does hot meet current
DEC regulations. The 4-6 inch locust stakes will be replaced with 6 inch pressure
treated poles.
The additions include a 6 x 16 feet floating dock 12 feet away from the current
dock held by 2 6-8 inch pressure treated poles. There will be a 3 feet wide ramp
connect the dock to the floating dock. The components of the ramp will be 2x8
stringers with 5/4x6 decking. The floating dock with be constructed of 2x8 beams
with 2x8 decking.
Enclosed is a check for $436 to cover the application fee of($40~lus
$396
to
cover the new 132 square feet of new construction.
