AUTHORIZATION
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 275 and/or Chapter 111 of the Town Code of the Town of
Sonthold and in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Trustees adopted at the meeting held on
.~otcmhcr 19 2007, and in consideration of application fcc in the sum of $250.00 paid by ~
East LLC and subject to the T~rm.s and Conditions as stated in thc Resolution, the Southold Town Board of
Trustees authorizes and permits the follow~ng:
Wetland Permit to construct 148' of rock revetment consisting of 1-1.5 ton rock
on 25-50 lb. hard-course stone foundation and filter cloth base; re-vegetate areas
disturbed with Cape American beach grass, with the condition the entire area from the
house to the bluff is re-vegetated, except for a delineated path to the beach, and the
grasses should be maintained/replaced until fully developed, and the return be tapered
at the northern end of the 148' rock revetment, and as depicted on the project plan
prepared by Costello Marine Contracting Corp., last dated June 29, 2007 and received
on July 25, 2007.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Board of Trustees hereby causes its Cmporate Seal to be affixed,
and these presents to be subscribed by a majority of the said Board as of this date.
