Remove and replace (in-place) approx. 226 linear ff. of existing timber bulkhead on the South Marina, with vinyl bulkhead and backfill with approx. 18 cy. sand spoil to be maintenance dredged from · most southeasterly boat slip (to max. depth of-4' ALW).
