Shatamh, P.E have reviewed the bathroom plumbing serving the lower floor of the dwelling located at 36725 Main Road Cutchogue, N.Y., and found that the plumbing of the bathroom meets the requiremems of the New York State building code. The pressure test was conducted by Tom McShane of McShane's Plumbing, License Number 2624, on April 26, 2004. The water pressure is tested to be 45 PSF, which is acceptable for the intended use. No leaks were detected during the test. In addition, the down brackets utilized for this project have adequate capacity that exceeds the applied wind loads.
