said northerly line of Waterview Drive, South 57 degrees 42 minutes
00 seconds West, 100.0 feet thence along land now or formerly of
John Vogel, North 38 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West, 290.0 feet
to ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek; thence easterly along
said high water mark on a tie line having a bearing of North 78
degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East, 112 .24 feet; thence along said
land of Jack Italiano, South 38 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East,
249 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed in deed
recorded in Liber 6970 page 412.
THE PREMISES conveyed herein are to be conveyed subject to an
estate for li'fe of JAMES CASTAGNA. JAMES CASTAGNA to be
responsible for all expenses on the premises and for real estate
taxes, assessments and insurance during the term on said life
tenancy.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
