Jeffrey Patanjo on behalf of NSHE WILLIAMSTON LLC requests a Wetland Permit to remove and
replace 88 linear feet of deteriorated bulkhead with new vinyl bulkhead in same location; stabilize bank
with Cape American Beach Grass; remove and replace existing 6.4'x3.2' stairway and 8.0'x4.0'
platform as required to construct bulkhead. Located: 220 West Shore Drive, Southold. SCTM# 80-5-
4.1
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
$outhold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is
CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that
the applicant gains permission of property owner to conduct action.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
wdtten determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
