approximately 6 cubic yards; re-grade arsa and rs-vegetate with native plantings to match existing
vegetation. Located: 6675 Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue. SCTM~ 111-15-7
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me that the proposal for a 6'x79' fixed dock and 180'
of 5' high bulkhead, construction of a 36' retainer to protect pool retaining wall from collapsing
due to wash out from recent storm; fill void area landward of retainer with clean trucked-in fill
approximately 6 cubic yards; re-grade area and re-vegetate with native plantings to match
existing vegetation is CONSISTENT with the LWRP
The Board issued permits for the bulkhead and dock in 1992.
