Conflicting Provisions In the event of any conflict between this Article I and any other provision to this Contract, such other provision shall prevail unless it is expressly stated that this Article I shall prevail. 2. The Southold Youth Services Program is open to all Suffolk County youth and their families. The Youth Service counselor also administers the Southold Town Community Service Sentencing Program for youth sentenced in the Southold Town Justice Court. The recidivism rate for those youth involved in the CSSP is less than 2%.
