Dear Mr. King,
It was a pleasure meeting you the other day in your office. Thank you for
your time and advice.
As you suggested, I am submitting a letter of intent to have the Board of
Trustees analyze the site at 5300 Paradise Point in Southold as a "pre-
submission" to determine the feasibility of building a residence.
Included is a copy of the property survey with a very rough idea for the
location of the structure. The plan for the structure is theoretical and
intended more to ascertain the placement of the house on the property.
look forward to meeting you and the other board members on the 13th
of March on site.
Please find enclosed a check made payable to the Board of Trustees for
the amount of $50.00.
