Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 275 and/or Chapter 111 of the Town Code of the Town of
Southold and in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Trustees adopted at the meeting held on
Au~nst 23.2006, and in consideration of application fee in the sum of $250.00 paid by [(an Childa.
and subject to the Terms and Conditions as stated in the Resolution, the Soulhold Town Board of Trustees
authorizes and pertntts the following:
Wetland Permit to remove and replace the existing bulkhead 1' higher and
with vinyl sheathing, with the condition of a 10' non-turf buffer landward of the
bulkhead and the concrete footing on the seaward side of the bulkhead, on the western
end, is removed, and all as depicted on the plan prepared by Robert H. Fox last dated
June 4, 2006.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Board of Trnstees hereby cansea its Corporate Seal to be affixed,
and these presents to he subscribed by a majority of the said Board as of th/s date.
