Dear Mr. Herrmann:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, September 19, 2007:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to
Permit #6578 to authorize the construction of approximately 94 linear feet of vinyl
bulkhead in place of existing timber bulkhead; in-place replacement of existing 10' x 12'
wood deck and 4' x 7' steps; and backfill with approximately 20 cubic yards clean sand
fill to be trucked in from an upland source and planted with Cape American Beach
Grass (18" on center), and as depicted on the plan prepared by En-Consultants, Inc.,
last revised August 14, 2007, received on August 24, 2007.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

reconstruct 4'x7' stairs to beach with the condition that the landward end of the groin
be 6' from the top of the bulkhead, and as depicted on the plans prepared by EN-
Consultants, Inc., dated March 26, 2007, and received on March 28, 2007.
