Catwalks will provide beach access over wetland area. Additionally, applicant proposes to construct a 4' x 100' elevated timber catwalk leading to a 3' x 10' ramp and (2) 6' x 20' floats in "T" foimation secured by 8" pilings. Catwalk will be elevated 4' over TWL area.
