RESOLVED that the Town Trustees Approve the request of John Kramer to amend permit number 2022 to reflect a change to the configuration of the floating dock to run perpendicular to the end of the dock to form a "T", rather than parallel to the dock. This letter is to be an amendment to the original permit and as such shall be attached herewith. Ail other terms and conditions remain as written in the original permit. Very truly yours, Frank A. Rather than parallel to the dock they would run perpendicual to the end to form a "T". Is anything required of me to do this? Another question: is there any plan to have the creek channel dredged?
