Pursuant to &e provisions of Chapter 275 of the Town Code of the Town of Southold and in
accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Tmstce~ adopted at the meeting held on ~,

following:
Wetland Permit to reconstruct the existing timber bulkhead along the southern
shoreline of subject property with a jew vinyl bulkhead in-place of the original
bulkhead; with the condition that any disturbed areas be re-vegetated with beach
grass; and as depicted on the slte plan prepared by Suffolk Environmental Consulting~
Inc., last dated August 29, 2011, and stamped approved on September 21, 2011.
