Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. Once again it maybe helpful to keep in mind that a final certificate of occupancy was issued by the building department this past june, and in order to receive same, i and a board of trustee member had walked the non turf buffer and beack deck/stairs. Hopfully this will help in retrevial of any additional documentation that may be needed. Thank you again for your help in this process.
