Dear Mr. King,
This Firm represents Ms. Marion Ales, owner of the above retbrenced property, who is seeking
approval to reconstruct the existing timber bulkheading and stairway thereon that was
substantially da~naged during IIurricane Sandy on October ~9, ~01~2. In order to do so, a
wetlauds permit from your Board is reqnired. Please find attached:
(1) Town of Southold Trustees Hurricane Sandy Emergency Application (original
and two [~ copies);
(~2) Photographs of thc resultant condition of the shoreline (three [.~'] sets); and
(3) Site Plan of subject property, prepared by SUFFOLKENVIRONMENTAL
CONSULTING, INC., dated 1)ecember lO, ~2OD2 (three Is] prints).
