ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as and by Lot No. 5 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Harbor Park Homes", filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on 11/22/94 as Map No. 9602, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Harbor Lane where the same is intersected by the division between Lots 4
and 5 as shown on the above said map; said point or place of beginning being distant 2040.28 feet southeasterly and
southerly as measured along the northwesterly and westerly side of Harbor Lane from the comer formed by the
intersection of the southeasterly side of Main Road (S.IL 25) with the northwesterly side of Harbor Lane;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the westerly side of Harbor Lane South 07 degrees 58
minutes 50 seconds East, 75.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds West, 140.00 feet;
