BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of New Suffolk Road distant southerly 400.81 feet from the
intersection of the said easterly line of New Suffolk Road and the southerly line of Main Road (S,R, 25);
said point also being the division line between land now or formerly of Cutchogue Fire District and the
northwesterly corner of the premises herein described;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 66 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 275.20
feet to other land now or formerly of the Cutchogue Fire District;
THENCE along said last land South 23 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 138.84 feet to
land formerly of Horton and now or formerly of Alan Santos;
THENCE along said land and along land now or formerly of Peconic Retreat Adult Home, Inc., the
following two (2) courses and distances;

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
