ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of real properly, with the buildings and improvements therein contained, situate,

certain map entitled, "Map of West Creek Development" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July
6, 1937 as Map No. 1236, which lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGtNNIN at a point on the southerly side of Bayberry Road distant 126.10 feet easterly from the intersection of the
southerly side of Bayberry Road with the easterly side of Main Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Bayberry Road, North 41 ° 44' 10" East, 100.00 feet
THENCE South 48° 15' 50" East, 122.63 feet;
THENCE South 39° 55' West, 100.05 feet;
THENCE North 48° 15' 50" West, 125.82 feet to the southerly side of Bayberry Road, the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the paly of the first part by deed dated February
6, 1997 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 11818 and at Page No. 073
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement be~bre using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The work "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever thescnse of this indenture so requires.
