Trustee of the Trust under the Last Will and Testament of William A. Gerosa, late of
Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County, New York, having an address at c/o 19 Tioga
Lane, Pleasantville, New York 10570, as the party of the first part,
and
William Andrew Gerosa, having an address at 19 Tioga Lane, Pleasantville, New York
10570, Alexandra Gerosa Hobbs, having an address at 4468 Dawes Avenue, Culver
City, California 90230 and Gregory Alexander Gerosa, having an address at 5 Church
Street, Pleasantville, New York 10570, as the party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that William A. Gerosa died May 30, 2005, a resident of Sleepy Hollow,
Westchester County, New York, and his Last Will and Testament dated March 26, 2004,
having been admitted to probate on July 21, 2005, in the Westchester County
Surrogate's Court under File No. 2005-1979, herein collectively, "Last Will and
Testament,"
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part to whom Successor Letters of Trusteeship
were issued by the Surrogate's Court of Westchester County, New York, on October 13,
2011, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in compliance
with the provisions of the Trust established under the said Last Will and Testament of
William A. Geresa, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim an undivided 1/3 interest
to William Andrew Gerosa, his distributes, heirs or successors and assigns forever, an
undivided 1/3 interest to Alexandra Gerosa Hobbs, her distributes, heirs or successors
and assigns forever, an undivided 1/3 interest to Gregory Alexander Gerosa, his
distributes, heirs or successors and assigns forever, in that certain plot, piece or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of East Marion, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York, more fully described on Schedule A, annexed hereto and
made a part hereof,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same Premises conveyed to Arielle S. Gerosa and
her successor or successors, as Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of William
A. Gerosa, deceased by Executor's Deed dated May 22, 2007 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Deed Book 12513 page 995.

the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually
or by virtue of said Last Will and Testament or otherwise;

part, the distributees, heirs or successors and assigns of the parties of the second part

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
