Project Description: To replace existing chain-link fence along the northern and
eastem property lines, with the exception of the chain-link fence beginning at the
wood walk and terminating 70' seaward to be replaced with a split-rail fence, and
removal of the ex'~ting fence and posts from the termination of the split-tell
seaward to the high water mark.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
application received on January 28, 2011 and plans prepared by Condon
Engineering, P.C. stamped approved on February 16, 2011.
Conditions: NIA
Inspections: Final inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
